I'm mounting the seat in a 72 Buick Skylark. I have receintly used it in my old 66 Buick Special running 10.77's. It has a plate of steel mounted to the bottom of it attached to 4- 3/8 studs. I would like to have 2 strips of steel or aluminum where I could change the location if my son was driving it. If I mounted it like it is I would have to cut the under floor braces out to get nuts on it. Does anyone have some pics how they mounted their seat or how should I do it to make it less weight and NHRA legal?
