Hi All,

I'm slowly bringing a 1968 California GS back to life. In the process of replacing the servo cover and tailshaft seals in the ST300, we discovered that
the bushing in the output shaft housing bolted to the tailshaft is wiped out and there is a lot of play in the output shaft. Appears the driveshaft is a bit
too long. Haven't a clue as to why the mismatch which occured somewhere along its way. I only recently bought the car. Is there anything concerning
output shaft housings I should know about? Any differences for different applications? Any ideas would be truly helpful.

Thank
CalGS
