TA has a lightweight steel flexplate. I have had one for years with no trouble. The REACTOR looks nice too. I would be interested in the weight diff in the TA and the REACTOR.
Chris, get us a weight.:SMART:

That Reactor looks like a top notch product. I had it in my hand, and am really impressed with the quality. Who has used one on their engine?

Hey I need to find the setting so I get a e-mail when someone post on a thread, were do I find it? I didn't think anyone had posted since me:DOU: It's not just a weight issue, the aluminum helps absorb harmonics just like a balancer and it just happens be be very cool looking:LAUGH:

Go to top of thie page and click User CP...
a box opens, then on the left side go to edit options...click.. a window opens and you will see a second block, messaging¬ification...
click the boxes or box you desire and then go to the bottom of the page and click save changes..

What about bolt length? That plate looks thicker than the stock one. Do you need to get longer crank and convertor bolts?

I bought mine from TA,its made by JW but has holes to lighten the weight. I
saw a Hays SFI in latest Jegs catalog for less than half what the JW wheel
costs. Probably a good piece for someone on a tight budget.

Jegs screwed up.. Call Hays and they will tell you the part number is for an Olds, not a buick.
