so what big plans do people have for the 2006 racing season quickly coming up. and to others so far away.

I hope to have my BBB engine built and together and hopefully enough money to get the rest of the drivetrain built and installed.

I'm in the midst of putting a 455 in a Frito Lay delivery truck. Only had to cut out about 5" of the dog box. Motor fit between frame rails and exhaust routing is very clean. Look for it at Salem 06.

Nate: Don't forget about the BCA meet in Rochester, MN

I rebuilt the carb I got from my bud, Jim Rodgers. It's going on the 350 when it's warm enough that I don't have to chisel ice from the garage lock. No other plans other than to get the new grille in there, so I can hit another stupid bird. :CRAP:

Come on SPRING!! :YA:

I got all kinda plans. But you know the old saying about making plans......

Anyway, here my plans in the order of likelyhood.

#1 Project BBB Chevy 4X4 street class pulling truck. I've assembled the short block in my basement, and my brother is still porting away on heads. This truck WILL be a reality by summer mostly due to the fact that its a team effort. Just ordered a bunch of good stuff from TA! (these guys customer service is tops!)

#2 69 Wildcat to hit the streets as a Rat. Planning on some black primer and flames with red steelies and dishes. 50% chance of doing this. Time to work on it seems to be the factor here

#3 The Four-on-the-floor Regal. Dead this year with a 0% chance of making the scene, unless a cherry short block is deliver by magicall little elves. (I knew I shouldn't have wound it so high street racing that Moper...but I did win)

Since Buick never made a truck, maybe this is what John has in mind.......as long as it is Buick V6 powered........
or maybe Duane would like to contribute the X-Camino for a racecar transformation.

Guys,
My X-Camino looks just fine the way it is, besides there is so much body work in the rear quarters I would really hate to "twist" it a little.
