Hi, I started another run of all the hood latches I bought. I've recently had several inquiries regarding doing stuff again, so I'll hold off going to the plater for a week or two and offer up again for anyone that wants to get in on this batch.
Prices are still the same as before. $34 for replating your hood latch. $43 for replating your hood latch and new springs. $60 for one all redone with no core needed. I've also been able to get the stress crack fixed in everyone's so far that seems to be in about 50% of these hood latches. The new springs I have are for the 70-72 hood latches. And I the two inner springs for the 64-69. I can't remember for sure if the outer spring for the 68-69 is the same as the 70-72, but if it is you would get all three springs. The springs are manufactured and heat treated as they came from the factory. So they will appear NOS. Made by a gentleman who used to work for GM as a spring guy and now owns his own spring shop.
If you are sending me your hood latch and don't need new springs, please remove your springs before sending it to me. I can/will post pics of where each spring goes so you can put it back together. But I just can't remove and replace your springs because of them being dirty, rusty and could possibly break and/or scratch the new plating.
You would need to get your hood latch to me quickly as I don't want to wait much longer as two people who sold me hood latches have some coming back to them as payment.

Please PM me here if you are sending something in so I know to expect it.
If you have one to sell, I'm still interested in buying. But PLEASE, no more that have been bent up badly from accidents. I buy everything sight unseen and have been, uhhh, bent over on a couple. So please be kind in that respect. Thanks.
