...you need to re-box all that stuff and send it to me! That way you won't have it laying around where anybody of importance can see it and yell at you about it! See! I make your life so easy...:TU: :HI: :LAUGH:

If I may ask, why the shorty headers instead of the full ones? Price difference between the two isn't that much and then you have to make up header pipes.
Just wondering, as I once considered the shorty headers for my 69 Sportwagon but went with stock manifolds instead.

I can answer that. Dave already has a cool exhaust system with an X pipe on the car. He doesn't want to hack it up to install the full length headers.

Doug is correct.. I measured and the full headers would make me cut into the 45's in the X-Pipe. This way I will just be cutting the downpipes to weld the adapters on. I already ordered another set from Keith at Torque Tech so if I go back to stock I'll have the parts. :TU:

I'm actually in pretty good shape to get this motor done quickly. The block and heads will be done in 2 weeks and from there it's just assembly and bribing my brother to help me put it in the car. :T:

How much did ceramic coat shorties set you back I would love to have a set of those I have a 455 with a hemi 4 speed in an x-body skylark- my first car!
anyways I hate long tubes on anything....unless it is a race car they just annoy me!!! All those peices look very nice congrats... let me know how well you like those headers if you have already put them to use
