Mention the BPG event, tents can be set up on the ninth of August so they will be there when you arrive.
the one problem is where you want them setup? I cannot garuantee your specified spot, but will do my Best to make it happen!

Yardley (and Adam, Mooney and Alan) and the Massholes were next to each other last year. This year we plan on all sharing a huge tent and would like the same spot (3rd year in a row).
