I don't know if it's been said yet but thanks to Harold there was an extra race class and $1000 was raised for Breast Cancer. I know Harold well and once he has an idea, you know it's going to happen! Harold sat under the BPG tent for hours and then again at the front gate on race day holding his bucket out for donations. Harold even donated some prizes himself for the women in this class.
Thank You Harold. :YA:

Not only did Harold collect the donations and the fee for the race, but he also handed out those Canadian quarters, with the breast cancer ribbons in the middle, to each participant and many other people. I believe there were also Royal Canadian Mint 5 dollar pieces too. I know I received one for winning the class. Harold, my friend, thank you for all that you did. You are the greatest and someday my daughters may have you to thank for saving their lives! :YA:

First I gave Harold 20 for his bucket. Plus I owed him 60 for a fuel pump and he dropped that money into the bucket also. Then in the staging lanes I gave him another 20 for the 10 dollar buy in and he wouldn't give me any change. :T:
You guys better thank him because he's a class act!!!! :TU:

I didn't get a chance to chat with Harold, but I did help him guide his car on the trailer. I thought he might need a few minutes to himself after his motor let go.I met him last year and I will say the same thing as stated above..What a good man he is..Nice Job !!!
It's funny how at times we curse ourselves for being into cars, because of the time and money spent. True to a point. But the biggest plus in it all is that it brings all of us together becoming friends, where as without the cars we would have never met. And that my friends we can never put a price tag on.
I met Harold many years back at a Buick event and have become good friends. He is the best of the best, a true stand out gentleman who would reach out and help first without any questions asked. I feel lucky that I know him. Just seeing what he has done here shows the rest of us that he is the best!
Harold my friend, like Bruce stated, "You are the man!!!"
I thank you!!!!:TU:
