My '72 convertible is riding a little soft. It has very old shocks in it. I am looking to find out:
1. Should I put in heavy duty gas shocks, like gabriels, front and rear
2. should I put in heavy duty gas up front and air shocks in the rear
3. should I put in heavy duty gas up front and coil over shocks like the monroe load levelers?
I don't want to do springs just yet. I want to put some miles on the car and make sure she runs out fine. I also don't want the back to be jacked up, which is my concern about the load levelers. I want the ride to be firm, but not hard or rattle the ragtop to death. Any help would be appreciated. Bruce
