What is really amazing about this weekly gathering (and Friday nites during the warm months) is it's just an informal get-together where guys with all types of Car-Crazy-ness just show up....you NEVER know what will roll in next.

Cops are usually beyond cool as far as not walking around looking to ticket for the slightest (or wildest) infractions ... of course you're on your own on the open road to and from. Takes some large 'nads to drive a car with 14x32 stickies and a wheelie bar on the street and this place is in the boonies so they're traveling at least 5-10 miles on highway/parkway to get there

My son-in-law would love to come to some of our get togethers. Problem is he's 1 1/2 hours out on Long Island and then another hour or more to wherever we are jammin'. With a 4 year old and a 1 year old it's tough to sneak away...(you do remember those days, eh Yards).

I'll get him out one of these days and you'll really like him and his Buicks in person.
