Add supercharger to 3.8, difficult?

How hard is it to add a supercharger or turbo to a 99 Regal? What would the costs be?

things i can think of off the top of my head. entire intake manifold. (with injectors) computer off of the SC version. (maybe ok w/ standard but in case) possibly crank pully, doubt the wiring harness would change. I'm not sure how the power brakes work on SC cars. may create enough vacuum at idle though.
