Guys, there's a Buick Pontiac show at Mack Buick in Hicksville.

Last year they had it the same week as Cecil County, so no GS's showed up. The GTO guys had us totally out numbered!!

I say we go there and crash the party! I'd love to see a good showing of Buick muscle to out do those tin indian guys. Be sure and wear your NE Chapter colors too :BEERS:

Its the day after Ken's BBQ so the show shouldnt interfere with anything thats going on. Here's the info off the LIBC site-

I will be out there with my '70 Stage 1 which I'll be trailering to the show.

It's been quite some time that I've been to Long Island and this will be a good time to go. I'm looking forward to going.
See you guys there!!!!!:TU:

Carl, did you go?
How was it?
I went to the Gathering of Old Cars @ Mill's Mansion in Statsburgh New York. Some members of the Albany Chapter showed up. With the beautiful weather close to 650 cars showed for the gathering. There had to be like 25 Buicks there, oldest being a 1915 and the youngest a 89 Regatta

Carl was there :TU: Carl wowed the entire crowd with his Desert Gold beauty. I will leave it to Carl to tell you the outcome! lets just say he did very well as usual.

it was a perfect day. The dealer even footed the bill for lunch. We all hung out by the GS's and Carl held court all day. You couldnt of asked for a better time.

Larry H took first place naturally and I took second. Joe (GSXER) showed up with a absolute gorgeous frame off 69 GS 400 ragtop. The car was perfect. Joe took third but really should of at least tied Larry for first.

Between Kens BBQ on Saturday and the show on Sunday, it was a great ending to the season.

Congrats to all!!:TU::BEERS::BEERS:

Carl took best of show. He should have also taken 1st place but he was late and most of the judging had already taken place. I took this picture of Carl accepting his well deserved Best of Show trophy. Congrats Carl:BEERS:

Hey Ron, is that your boat in the middle of that cove?

Too bad you weren't there. You missed a great show and the dealer was very accommodating.
