stage 2 heads Help

I am about to purchase stage 2 heads and need help as not sure if should get 3/8" or 11/32".
Can someone give advise

Glen,
I guess it all depends on your combination.
The 11/32" valves are lighter, but the 3/8" valves will cool a little better and will last a little longer.

Theres not too much difference flow wise between the two. If its a full race motor, go with the 11/32" valve stems.

But either way its not a huge difference.

Go 11/32 so you can get all the cool lightweight stuff. In the long run you wil lbe much better off.
