Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a recommendation for insurance for classic / antique cars? I want to get my cars insured for what they're worth and am looking for a reputable company. The GS is registered as an antique, but the other two are registered normally.
Thanks!

I've been looking around too, called Grundy and their rates are reasonable. Am insured thru Farmers currently.

I had an appraisal done by a local reputable firm, requisite photos were taken and submitted.
They accepted an advanced driving skills course (track and classroom) certificate I have. By Minnesota law, persons of a certain age who complete a driver awareness course are entitled to a 10% discount on their insurance.
Check to see if the insurer accepts any driver improvement courses toward discounts.
I went with Hagerty.

I use Condon and Skelley.:SMART:
My 65 Skylark is under the modified, insured for 25K.
My 87 GN is under classic and is insured for 18 K.
Both policies are a total of $500 give or take $25. I only pay once a year and can't remember.

I also have Hagerty. Although I've (thankfully) never needed it, I heard their claim service is good-to-excellent.

Very happy with Hagerty here, going on 7 years now. Had 1 claim after a year, absolutely no problems with the claims process. Whoever you go with, closely examine the limitations on use of your car.
