Is there anyway that we can sneak a charity race in at the National event this year. It used to be the womens charity race but we ran it the last year at Quaker with men and women and we really really raised a boat load of money to give to cancer research. If we can get this in the program, I'd like to have everything figured out before the event so we don't have mass confusion about who can race, what you can race, and all that other stuff. Figured I'd just throw that out there for everyone to think about.

I would think sometime during the Saturday Race schedule? would be best as Sunday is Very busy!!

Members ask? we do listen. actually folks we did this a few years ago and raised a good bit a $ for womens cancer, I hope this is the cause again as it is very important .

Yes Doug...that's the race I'm talking about. I still like the idea of opening it up to anyone that wants to race for a cause and let all the money raised go to the Breast Cancer research. I have a friend at work that has been undergoing chemo and lost a breast to cancer....just got me wanting to do something, anything. It just seems that everyone either knows of someone who's a survivor or has perished to this deadly disease.

I really just wanted to make sure that we could squeeze this in...I've missed this race and think it needs to be brought back with a bang! I can probably get a couple people together to organize this......can't I???? ((((((Hint HINT))))))
