..........forgot to mention.
As I was comming off one highway to another, I see BIG RED about 1/4 mile ahead of me, top down going to Bellmore. So I figure I'll get his attention by passing him with a top end charge. Me and the 72 pass Alan at 100+ mph with the 462" at full song. Alan calls on his cell and says how AWESOME those BBBs sound full throttle. When we arrive at the cruise in I now have a tap-tap-tap in the motor that turned out to be....an adjustable pushrod that came loose...so later I babied it home. Larry knows how to set them so I guess he has an assignment comming up. He's always there to help out.
*Correction:.....Larry and I just checked it out and it's a collapsed lifter. And, Bruno broke a roller rocker on the way home last nite. We sure know how to beat on our Buicks on the east coast....break 'em the first time out and the rest of the season is gravy...:DOU:or is that sauce?:DOU:

Guys, I'm glad I made the trip to check out your L.I. cruise night. 1st time for me. And it only took one subway and two trains to get there! Got home around midnight. A long day after spending the first half of it at the Swap Meet at Englishtown, but I had a good day. :TU:

If I don't show up I usually get a call from Bruno saying......
"Ronnie....DON'T YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE RIGHT NOW?" :PUZ: :PUZ: :PUZ:
