I noticed that when applying pressure to the brakes, the pedal get pretty hard, booster perhaps? I have checked the brakes, all pads, lines and the rotors are new. I replaced the hose at the booster because I did see some cracks in it, but nada, still hard as a rock.
Suggestions welome.......
Kevin we can spot check the booster with a hand vacumn pump and see if the booster bleeds down or leaks.

Here is how to check a booster...
Warm the car up.
Turn it off.
Press on the brakes and keep pressure on the pedal.
Start the car.
If the brake pedal sucks away from you and toward the floor, the booster is good.

I did just that and it seems to really get harder the closer you come to stopping. Wierdest thing I have ever encountered in power brakes.
A couple of times it seemed very difficult to push down enough when coming to a complete stop. Maybe I am just spoiled by my truck :YA:
Kevin I have an extra booster that we could use as a test piece. To see if it resolves the problem. :TU:

Well, what happened when you started it up? Did the pedal draw toward the floor?
No. Just like a brick! We put another booster on it and solved the problem. we did a little tuning as well!:BEERS:
