All GM Buick-powered supercharged class

Just a suggestion.....how bout allowing all Buick supercharged (FWD) GM car in one class. There are alot out there. Impala SS, Monte Carlo SS, Pontiac GTP in addition to Buick GS, Riviera SC.
Could get more people running........open up the class, open your minds

Good idea! The more that GS Buicks become valued and collected, the less we will see them on the track. The Buick events need to be sustained by inviting these cars to the track!

Just my opinion....
Not sure another class will help our $$ situation. (assuming we even have a $$ situation.... the jury is still out right?)
Another class = another payout

However.... you may be on to something. :TU:
We need to first decide if they are allowed... and if they are, we need to get the word out to these guys!
There might not be enough of them to create another class.... but the more cars the merrier in B2. :confused4:

Don't forget the 95-99 SC Rivs! :SMART: I was going to run mine in Bracket 2 if I'd have made the trip this year. :sad: There are some pretty darn fast Regal GS cars around, running the L67 supercharged 3800 S2.

To spice it up we could include Camaro's and Firebirds with 3800 BUICK motors. I've seen some with mild mods going low 15s/high 14s. And....the potential is there for more.

We used to let the TTA's in the GN/Turbo classes. Just a thought.
