If your car looks stock, why not race heads up in ether the FAST or Factory Stock class. You will end up racing more and waiting less. This is an excellent oppurtunity to make a strong showing of Buick muscle in front of the crowds!

This class is for 1955 to 1974 muscle cars built in United States and Canadian assembly plants.

126 to be exact...and that was due to fact that the factory tires were not speed rated above that......:SL::DOU: and I have had mine up to 142 with a different chip.....

There needs to be another FAST event closer to St. Louis again! I got a kick out of running with the class at the nostalgia drags in 2008. Great group of folks, too.

Why not bring out the GSX? Thats what you did with it the first 20 years of its life. I don't think a few seconds of full throttle action will do it any harm. E-town is much easier on the suspension than NY city streets!:ROLL:

Easy there Greg. My X got some sunlight this year out in Columbus & even drove up to Marcus Dairy a few weeks ago but it said that is enough & wants back in the garage. I promised my grandson Jake the other day I will take it out for his 16th birthday.

I am trying to convert it back as close to Factory stock as I can.The wife is none too thrilled with my credit card bills as of late though.
