When we were at the Nats. quite a few people stopped by and looked at my car and told me I should put a carb spacer on it. I'm thinking of putting a 1" or 1.5" spacer on my engine. What are the differences in a 4-hole vs open? I'm running an SP1 and a Holley 950 HP carb.

I am looking at the Wilson Manifolds Tapered Carburetor Spacers 1.5" and the Canton Phenolic Tapered Carburetor Spacer 1". Or should I go with a 2"? I don't have any hood clearance issues.

Any feed back will be appreciated.

Thanks

I have a Wilson 1 inch tapperd that is practically new.I used it for a short time, before converting my car to stock appearing. It worked very well on the street and track.Midrange torque picked up as well as top end.P.M. me if you are interested in it.I paid 120.00 and would sell it for 85.00 including shipping.
