Correct Aircleaner?

Hi All,

My dual snorkel aircleaner has air ports to the temperature control doors in the underside of both snorkels, as shown in the attached photo. Other aircleaners I have seen do not have the second port in the RHS snorkel. Is mine the correct aircleaner for a '70 GS 455?

Gee, looks like my early 71cleaner from memory. The stove pipe connects to the drivers side, but the other hole I think is supposed to have some vacuum diaphragm thingy. I can take mine off and give it a look in a few hours. I think you are just missing that piece there. Maybe Duane will chime in, as he likely know of the top of his head.

Thanks Dan. I have the missing temperature control doors and diaphragm bits which I intend to re-fit. I look forward to Duane's input.

I just looked at mine, and there is no large hole like that on the pass side on mine. I don't think it should be there Alan.:CRAP:
