I have been trying to bring this site up at home and it says connection problem. I have been on it before. Is there something I can check on my PC?

Tried that and that didn't work. I think it started after my modem was replaced. I rebooted the modem and the PC and still didn't work. I emailed Bright House about the problem and I'm waiting for a reply.
Is this the only site you cannot view? How about red.com or yellow.com? I use those because I'm sure you've never been to either of them so there is no chance you'll be bringing up the site out of your cache. If you have a router as well as your cable modem you need to power BOTH off, then ONLY power up the MODEM. Wait until all the lights are lit and THEN power up the router.

Poon ain't worth it.
Now I cant get TA's website or this one. I tried that turning the modem and router off and turning the modem on first and after it powered up turning on the router than restarting my computer. Still didn't work. My computer said it tried pinging the site and it wouldn't respond. Can a website keep you from connecting by blocking you? I went through most of my favorites and they all connected but those 2.
Do you have scripting 'on' for your browser?
Did you try to connect to www.buickperformancegroup.com?
What about www.v8buick.com?
Sorry, but it sounds like something is wrong with either your computer, your browser settings, or your firewall.

I got on V8 last night so when I get home this evening I will try that. I tried connecting from my favorites list and also googled buick performance group and tried to connect through that screen. What's a quick way to check browser settings? In tools than internet options?
Reset everything to default settings...and do you have a firewall?

I went on the phone with roadrunner from Bright house and they said they had trouble getting this site and TA's site. We did all the resets and shutting down firewall and it still woudn't connect. They told me to contact the people at these 2 site and ask them if they are having any trouble with their site. I can get on V8 and any other sites. I can get on those sites from here at work and when I told them that they said maybe cause we are networking.

I will try a laptop when I get home off of my internet and see if it works. If it does I will contact you here and let you know. If you don't hear from me till Monday than it didn't work either.
The laptop didn't work either so I was on the phone and the help section for 2 hours and one woman said hold on and never came back the other guy on the help section after a 1/2 hour said get with my provider which I guess he is talking about Bright House. So I will deal with them this week.
Update on connecting with Bright House cable. The last guy I talked to last night from Roadrunner help said he couldn't connect with Bright House either but he could connect with his cell phone. He said there is an open ticket on it and call back Wednesday if still having problems. I guess they realize that it's them and not me.
Marco, I talked to Roadrunner again last night and they had me run a trace through command so they could see where it was going. They are reviewing that info but they said to get with the webmaster of yours and TA's site and tell them to make sure their IP address is updated. He said what they found with these issues was something like my computer is in Indiana and when it is sent to you it says it's from another state so it rejects the sender thinking that there is something malicious. I looked at contacts so I guess you are the webmaster correct? Are you the webmaster of TA's site or is that someone else. I looked on their site and couldn't find an address for thir webmaster.
Hi...what's your name?
I am not the webmaster for TA, nor do I handle the server website hosting for the BPG website.
I don't understand how you can be the only person who accesses this website who has this problem if our website hosting server is blocking 'certain conditions'. You stated the technician was able to access this site as well, do they not use the same ISP? Ask a neighbor or family member to try.
I'm sorry, but there's really nothing I can do for you as this appears to be a local issue for you only, and not really a 'system failure' on this side.
