2012 BPG Nationals Host Hotel

I will be attending the 2012 BPG Nationals and would like to be at the host hotel. Is it deterimined which hotel will be the host? Has it been sold out? What is the status?

Hampton Inn is host Hotel...is sold out awaiting Visitors Bureau to e-mail participating hotels pricing and information. Hotel Information is presented in the members section 1 mos prior to public forums...So BPG paid members get to see it first.

Hampton Inn is sold out, but last night we made a reservation on the Holiday Inn a bit down the road from Hampton and they had few rooms left.

I reserved my room in November so I don't get stuck with a smokers room.

The host hotel is 100% smoke free. All rooms are non-smoking.
