How can we be absolutely sure a car isn't using a trans-brake?

How can we be absolutely sure a car isn't using a trans-brake?

It's usually obvious by the way a car leaves. When a footbrake car stalls up it loads the whole chassis, when a trans brake car stalls up the car just sits there. Some trans brakes (like mine) cannot be disconnected because the solenoid is used to engage reverse.

No electronics typically only means no delay boxes.

If you ask me even a trans brake should not be allowed. it is an unfair advantage.
