    Default 2015 GM Carlisle Event

Something Exciting to look forward to in 2015 For you Buick Gran Sport Owners, The Buick Performance Group and Carlisle GM Nationals https://www.facebook.com/GMNationals have joined forces to present the 50th Anniversary of the Buick GS Badge The BPG will also be doing a special event in 2015, but have reached out to Carlisle to present an extra special event on the National Stage. I have been in contact with the Event Organizer and we are in the planning stages of presenting this Event. The Event will include Static displays with featured cars in an enclosed Building. We also plan on having Engineers and designers to make presentations. This Event will probably the largest collection of GS Buick badged cars in history. Covering all the years Buick has put the GS badge on their product. Carlisle is one of the premier venues to present Automobile History..be part of it,, I will post more details as they are available

Are there any plans for BPG to get together before the event? Do we just show up with a GS?

I wanted to make the Nationals but my Son's graduation and party took place. He finished with high honors at UMBC in Computor Engineering. I really miss you guys and had many thing going on and will fill you all in later. Looks like I'm getting involved in another Corvette project, a black 1979, yes it is a 4 speed! My 68 Corvette still needs a little more to finish and looking to bring it to Paul's Fall meet. Scott 72 GS still autographing the streets of Hampstead MD, AL.

Have any plans been made to attend this event. I did get a MAGNA invite. :-) There was a lot of talk last year about doing it again, especially for the 50th of the Gran Sport. NADA has been said or accomplished. I think I am going to like my new role as agitator. :-)

I'm going as I was invited by Carlisle at the MCACN show last November to display. I have no recollection of this old thread, so never linked it with any club activity.
