RUSS HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THE SHORT BLOCK ?

0 street miles, maybe 10 miles ( a 1/4 at a time) . Motor has not bin run in 10 years. Bilt it for a friend who past away last year.
Should be torn down and checked.
