How many pleats are in your headliner, 5 or 6 ?
I say 5 but the Chevelle owners say thats wrong.

I thought that there was a change during the '68 year that changed that number? I don't know where I read that or if it is even true.
My '68 GS has no pleats![]()

I looked at my 68, and came to the same conclusion. It was dark and it took me 1.5 hrs. I wanted to be sure.![]()

My 69 has 5.. They are not evenly spaced. I can measure them if you need dimensions.

My 68 has 5, spaced as Dave stated also. They are wider in the front, closer together in the rear.
