I am in the process of puting a buick engene into my stepsons nova. I would like to put a 430 that i have into it and he wants a 350 . How tight are these motors in these cars? And what are some problems i might incounter in doing this?

What are your specific questions? I can't think of any problems you may have putting a 350 in the Nova assuming it is a contemporary of the Apollo models.Originally Posted by GS4551970

David,
The nova it will be going into is a 74. Can you get apic of the placement of the frame mounts. And will the frame mounts from a Skylark work?

Here is a picture of the frame mounts. They are different than the 70-72 Skylark mounts.
However, there is only one type of 350 Buick motor mount. Maybe you can fab up something that makes the Skylark pieces work.
I will say Apollo parts are dirt cheap. Most of the cars came with 350's so mounts should be plentiful on Ebay.
