Those details are being worked out. The host hotel and other information will be made available as it comes to us. The festivities are going to start Thursday as they did last year. The only exception so far is we won't be testing and tuning on Thursday (that is setup day). We are planning a car cruise for Thursday evening with other extra curicular activities included.Question: will parking lot shenanigans be OK at the host hotel? Is there an abandoned Wal-Mart right next door for burnout fun?
Again, give us a chance to put all of this together. You'll have plenty of time to make hotel arrangements. Also, staying at the track is permitted with night time security provided.

Be patient guys. We are all working hard on this event. There are still tons of issues to iron out before the event schedule is released. We are all aware of the many suggestions given, every option is being looked at.

Great news! This will be basically in my back yard. I live about 25 miles from the track. So obviously, I'll be there, god willing.
Thanks to BOD for making this happen.

Has anyone ever been to the Pontiac event that is held there.
I was just wondering if they let us participate running the event, tower announcer, staging lane helpers, starting line helpers, front gate staff...
you know like some of the other events we've been to....Salem, BG, Cecil, E-Town, Atco.
If there is any area where we are needed to fill the gap..........just ask !!!![]()
