Is anyone using Kleiner's 70 GS 455 upper radiator hose?

OK Guys, I got the skinny on the 70-72 455 radiator hoses (for the GS A-body models) so here it is;

The first thing is that the original 68-69 hoses are different then the 70-72 hoses. (Different part numbers, sorry Henry, but your parts book was wrong again.)


(Note all this info is right out of the Assembly Manuals.)

This is confusing. '68 assembly manual shows 1382424 XH ( lower hose) on the 400 V8 . Which is the same as the markings on the 70 455 lower hose he is selling . Am i missing something ?

You are correct the 68-70 bottom hoses are the same but the top hose changed for 70.

Whew* Thank you Duane for the quick reply . I'll order one up. My car came with a flex hose on the bottom side.
