Great video!! Love it!
Spent some wild nights spent back in the mid 80's watching and participating on some street action. Remember seeing a red Willies race a 66 BBC Olds on the Staten Island Expressway. Both cars had to be in high 8's both running juice. Both trailered to the highway, road blocked off, the friggin sun was starting to come up as it was about 5:30 am! People stopped on the other side to watch! Awsome! The burnouts with both running open headers was under an overpass, the noise was deafening! The Willies took a close win! Oh and the highlights were the 2 or so hours of haggling prior to the race. If you never witness this, this pre race ritual is sometimes better than the race itself.
I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind......Some come from ahead , some come from behind.......But I've brought a big bat, I'm all ready you see, Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!......Dr. Seuss

The best street haggling statement was made by our late friend WELDON:
"You boys better start pickin' those cans up off the street...'cause after we take all your money...
you'll have to cash them in to pay the Bridge toll to get back home !!!"![]()
