Henry,
Thanks for the e-mail. My e-mail still won't let me send to you. Is $10 000 still the asking price?
Thanks,

I may not have time to paint this car this spring, so I will cut the price again. Now just $7000.00
I recently saw a similar car with only a shortblock sell for $7500 with many buyers lined up for a second chance to no avail. What do I need to do to put you in this car today?
I will consider trading this car for an enclosed car trailer with an escape door on the left side. No junk, must be fairly recent manufacture. I might also consider a trade for an equal value tractor or loader bobcat.

Where is the car located?
Brad Clarke
Car is in mid Maryland, about 25 miles west of Washington DC, zip code 20837
Let me know if I can be more help, thank you.

If it has a Borg-Warner clutch kit, am I safe to assume that it has a T-10 four speed?
Brad Clarke
It has a Muncie, M-20 I believe it is, out of a 68 Pontiac A-body, with a 70 side cover.
The clucth kit I bought at my local auto parts store where I bought parts for 35 years. The kind of store that knew everything about 1970 Buick. He closed his doors a few years back after about 40 years in one spot. what a loss.

Henry I thought you sold this car? Still waiting to hear from my friend about your breather so don't hold it for us. For the life of me I gues the economy is hurting the hobby more than I thought. I cannot get him off his wallet.

Car is still here, I am not the kind who can sell cars. My lack of computer skills and the economy combine to make it nearly impossible to sell parts now too. I 'spect this stuff will all be crushed when I kick the bucket. I sure aint gonna buy a new computer just to sell this stuff though, I dont know what I'll do, probably nothing. eh,,,,,,,,

I see GSXER posted "over there" about this sale. I wonder what qualifies him to make any statements about what I should do? I wish people would keep their uninformed opinions to themselves. He doesnt know anything at all about this.

Henry, don't let these guys get under your skin. Life is too short. I too have had toruble selling a car but after 2 yeras it finaly left. I had to take a bath on it too. Makes you wonder why we did this to begin with. I am now considering putitng a LS1 in my 70 GS 455 Because the BBB is so costly and difficult to hold together. Keep the faith brother and if I can help you let me know. I have an Ebay account and would be glad to list it for you but the distance between us and needing pictures is a problem. Just know that there is a lot of us in the same situation. Weathers warming and I think I might have to go fishin

Thank you for the offer, that is mighty kind of you, I have given up selling on ebay though. I edited out the harshest part of my post, trying to make life a lil easier for the moderators.
Fishin, that sounds good.

If this car sells for $7000.00 before the end of may I will include an nos grille with the car,
That amounts to roughly 10% of the purchase price. What a bargain. I am already taking a loss even without this added incentive, I cant do any better on price. That is it. Offer expires june 1 2009.
