I couldn't agree with Rick more on going down the 1/4 after one or more drinks. But don't forget there are MANY people in attendence that do not race, and it can get hot in early August.![]()
I for one, would have a hard time going to the track each day without being allowed to have a few.![]()
I have never seen anyone drunk at Salem or BG, ever. The more I think about it, I'd probably only show up one day, then go golfing the rest, where my driving (of the Titleist) is really dangerous after a few!

Bottom line is drivers should know better not to drink and race. Leave all the beer for your non racing friends.



I am bringing my kilt so I can pee on Lisks tires or anyone else that may be so inclined
