71-72 GS Hood
I am ready to sell this very nice original GS hood I have. It still has the original paint, although it is quite faded and surface rusted in a few places. I don't think this hood has any, or at least many dings, let alone any dents in it. Most of the original hood insulation is still intact. A little soda, or media blasting and this hood is ready to prime, block sand and maybe add some high build primer. I was going to sit on this one and save it for my next project, but it is time to let it go. I will not ship it. No reason to chance damage. It is available for local pick up, or if you will be at any of the swap meets or shows I am attending this summer, I will bring it along. I will also throw in the 70 hood grill inserts I have. I only have the top two pieces. Not the lower plates. The grills are pitted somewhat. I will try to get photos later in the week, but I have worked out of town quite a bit lately.
