Chris is right ET Hunters we are all ET Hunters Glass Body Parts Better Heads more HP out the engine. Often the Trans is over looked. I talk to John Kilgore a couple weeks ago the Trick Turbo 400 goes for $5000 they are on sale at this time for $4000. They do seem Pricey but a Trans that has 30 lbs of Rotating weight removed is some ET.

It all boils down to, "How fast you want to go and how much you want to spend." I always found the faster you go the more money you spend. Heck man, thats racing I have found an easy and cheap plus healthy way on saving weight is losing some pounds off yourself. I did so, losing now close to 20lbs this winter with 10 more in my goal.

Interesting reading, especially about the internal stresses of shifting.

Anybody know of a site with a good explanation of the internal operations of various other automatic trannys? It'd be interesting to see which ones stress themselves more/less when shifting.
