And can I run my factory 16" wheels? That actually puts me at a disadvantage.

This might be one of the rules you need to tweak. Many GN's are running the TTA 16" wheels or the Kirban 16" wheels and I can tell you from experience there is no advantage to running 16" wheels. If anything It is a disadvantage. I personally like the BCO class. Enjoyed BPG race. Thanks.
