I just put my 86 455 Regal in a "Car Bag", its the greatest thing to store car in for winter as long as its in a garage. You must also first put a car cover on, then drive onto the bag and zipper it closed. Goggle "Car Jacket".
I suspect that's not the kind of "bag" he means.

I've seen several high powered low ET cars on bags at the track and at local car shows. I've had a couple bagged S-10's and It rode great. The biggest issue is if you wanna drive it low you get terrible negative camber and its super soft. When you lift her up to get it stiffened up it gives you bad positive camber, both of which throw your toe all out of whack. So setting your alignment where you will drive it the most is key. Make sure you run 2 valves per bag or it will corner like crap.
