I am close to completing a deal on a 72 GS 455 Convertible. I would like some input on value. This car is completely original as far as #'s matching including carb and distributor, engine, tranny, top etc, she has had a complete frame off restoration and I would say it is one of the nicest restored cars I have ever seen. She has a flawless yellow paint job (original color). I am purchasing her from the second owner of 12 years, complete documentation comes with including original bill of sale and maintenance records etc and about 150 pics of the restoration. She's a low optioned car with only power steering and power brakes. She has always been garaged. Prior to the restoration she had some rust around the rear quarters, trunk and floors looked good. Engine and tranny have not been rebuilt but run and shift as new. She seems like she has had a pampered life and is a very tight driver. Knowing the rarity of this great car what do you think a fair value would be? Thanks for the input and I look forward to interacting here and learning more about Buicks. I have always been a chevy owner so this is new territory. Pete
