Do you still need 455 headers? I have a set that was on my 71 GS 455 for about a year. I replaced them with a new set from Year One (see this thread: http://www.buickperformancegroup.com...mic-powdercoat) and the second set began rusting after 3 months as well. Anyway, I took the original set to Prism Powdercoating here in Pittsburgh for a proper coating and just installed them 2 weeks ago. They look great and come with a guarantee now.

So, the original set I have is sitting here - they have some surface scale rust on them, but are basically almost new. YearOne / Hooker sold them as ceramic powdercoated, but I think it was just silver spray paint. I'll part with them for $350 (retail new is $545 for non-ceramic coated from YearOne, item HK82 - http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...ders&SM=1&SC=2 ) - I originally paid close to $700 for them because they were supposedly powdercoated. Not sure what shipping would be to Collinsville, IL though.

Ah, just took a look at the used set and one of the pipes has a flat spot on the bottom from my wife hitting a manhole sticking up while the road was being resurfaced. Guess I'll go down to $275 now if anyone's interested.
